Your initial appointment will last approximately 2 hours and includes a comprehensive evaluation to understand your unique health needs. This session may include some or all of the following:

Extensive Intake Form Review: A thorough assessment of your health history, lifestyle, and concerns from both homeopathic and traditional naturopathic perspectives.

Nutritional Evaluation: Assessing dietary habits and identifying areas for improvement.

Health and Fitness Goals: Defining clear, personalized goals to guide your wellness journey.

Bach Flower Remedy Evaluation and Recommendation: Identifying emotional imbalances and recommending flower essences to support emotional well-being.

Basic Iridology Evaluation: Observing the iris for insights into overall health and potential imbalances.

Face, Tongue, and Nail Evaluation: Examining physical markers for insights into internal health and nutritional deficiencies.

Muscle Response Testing: Using applied kinesiology to assess energy flow and identify potential imbalances or deficiencies.

Urine and Saliva pH Evaluation: Measuring your body's acid-alkaline balance (if needed only, at additional cost).
